Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In original packaging
- In the same condition that you received them
Some items are non-returnable:

- Clearance or final sale items

Return Window
You may request a return within:
30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds

If approved:

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Exceptions

- Items are returned outside the 30-day window
- Items fall under the non-returnable category
Late or Missing Refunds

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
